All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change. Shipping charges are detailed below. We will send you a tidy receipt, probably handwritten, with everything itemized.

Payment Credit Card We accept American Express, MasterCard, VISA. Please transmit your credit card information by telephone or fax. We will be happy to telephone you, if you live anywhere in North America, for payment details; please let us know the best time to call. We don't really recommend it, but if you feel confident about e-mailing your credit card information to us, it may be a good idea to divide your account number between two e-mail messages and/or spell out the numerals ("one two three four..." for "1234..."); don't forget that expiration date!
Check or Money Order Checks and money orders, payable to Dog Lovers Bookshop, must be drawn on U.S. banks in U.S. funds.

Shipping Methods and Charges Domestic: $4.00 for the first book, video, or other item; an additional $1.50 for the second; another $0.95 for each item thereafter. A surcharge may apply on oversize and heavy books. On merchandise totals over $150.00, shipping within the United States is free. We ship via U.S. Postal Service. You may request alternatives (surcharges may apply).
International: We ship air parcel post insured, charging you the exact amount. For this reason we urge customers outside the United States to pay by credit card. Other shipping methods on request.

Returns We accept returns for refund or exchange. We ask that you ship returns, insured, within 10 days of receipt. Please enclose a copy of your receipt and any instructions to us. If we've been inept (shipped you the wrong edition, perhaps), we will reimburse shipping costs. Otherwise returns are for merchandise value only. Please note that videotapes, if opened and found defective, may be exchanged only for the same title.
